Sometimes the skin has a low level of sebum, which is the natural oil that is produced by skin glands. It is called dry skin and can hold moisture and arid will look and feel firm when washed and in some extreme times, may show some signs of chapping and cracking. Wind and very high or low temperatures can steal the natural moisture of skin and just feeling the bones. Dry skin can cause unpleasant flakes and all trademarks or dry skin will be very boring and show the faces and around the eyes. You can find dry skin on knees, hands and in the middle part.

The most common cause of dry skin is lack of moisture from the skin. In some cases it may be due to genetic conditions. Diet, which is a lack of vitamin A and B, is more likely to take skin moisture. Skin diseases such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, or seborrhea causes dry skin. This may be the result of other conditions such as diabetes, hypothyroidism and the use of certain drugs like diuretics, antispasmodics, and antihistamines.

Dry skin is also going to need a lot of easy cleaning, massage to stimulate sebum production and a lot of good moisture and oil. When you wash skin with soap will take out the natural protective oil with impurities. Use a good moisturizer returns lost water content of the skin. You can not use the neutral acidic or alkaline cleaning products for skin and refrain from using commercial soaps. After the second cleaning, you need to treat skin gently moisturizing cream.

Every morning you should treat your skin with mineral water spray. Then you should use a beauty mask for dry skin and mix together one egg, teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of olive oil and a few drops of rose water. This makes a great mask to use for face and body.

Eat well-balanced diet that is loaded with vitamins and minerals, is a great idea. You should include some foods that contain sulfur, such as onions, garlic, asparagus, eggs, and as part of your diet. You can eat more carrots and yellow and orange vegetables. You should abstain from alcohol, caffeine, coffee, tea and sweet drinks. Other items to limit are French fries, and other junk food that are high in grease or fat. This will help maintain healthy skin and stop it from drying out.
