Childhood depression: causes of childhood depression
Like adults, children may suffer from depression, in this case: childhood depression. It is not unusual, and because children are actually the cleanest of people, it might be safe to say whether the child is depressed-and they actually tell you that-it’s pretty serious problem.

2nd Sudden change in appetite
3rd Change in sleep (either increase or decrease).
4th Difficulty concentrating.
5th Making statements such as depreciation, “I’m not good enough, I’m stupid …”
6th Persistent sadness.
7th Recurrent thoughts of suicide
8th Excessive clinging or withdrawal
If you notice any of them in their child’s behavior may be time to seek help. But keep in mind, it may be a first step in good heart to heart talk with your child.
Get in touch with them. Make plans to flee to say things like “How about you and I go to the park, just the two of you?”. Now seize the time carefully to see what could be a problem.
