Manic depression or Bipolar depression is actually considered as one of the worst type of depression that people usually suffer from.
Characterized by sudden and extreme changes in their mood, Manic depression is said to be called as such because manic = mania refers to the ‘ups’ while depression refers to the ‘downs’.

Like adults, children may suffer from depression, in this case: childhood depression. It is not unusual, and because children are actually the cleanest of people, it might be safe to say whether the child is depressed-and they actually tell you that-it’s pretty serious problem.
One of the most common misconceptions about childhood depression is: “what do children have to be depressed?”. Perhaps it reveals a few misunderstandings about childhood depression and what it is. Generalized anxiety disorders are common, and effect a much larger portion of the population. The heart rate speeds up, and the blood pressure is increased. It is prevalent in both men and woman, and is characterized by long periods of anxiety that are not related to any specific object or situation. It will often consist of fear and worry, and some organisms may even experience physical signs such as nausea or chest pains. When a person suffers from a panic disorder, they will have extreme panic attacks, and may have dizziness or breathing problems. Anxiety disorders are broken down into phobias, panic disorders, generalized anxiety disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorders. There are many reasons why people can not work because they stress that they are under either at home or at work. Each teenager will face some level of stress in their life, family, for their degrees, to obtain employment, to obtain their drivers license, stress with friends, stress and drugs, and much more. Helping children through stressful times in their life will be important. How did you learn your teen cope with stress, manage stress, and not for them, but themselves, you’ll learn is life skills.
Your teen will face stress, when grades come out. To combat the stress of grades, talk to your teen about how they do in school at all times, not only on school time. Voice options, such as when they get bad grades, offer to help them learn the subject. Spend more time learning about the history of calculus or a teen to get a better grade interest. To get a better grade, and adolescents must work hard all semester. If one level can be overcome and should not be a matter of too much stress. Avoid stress, as for the fact that your teen the opportunity to tutor, or their own ability in this regard.
Your teen will have stress in their lives, in terms of pressure. Pressure to do drugs, cutting school, and stress about having sex. Give your teen information on what may have in life and will have in life, if that is the wrong choice is going to help them avoid the stress. Help them to choose good friends, help them to have fun without drugs and the provision of options, which may hang not so tempted to make bad choices. Without knowing that it is okay and a friend will come and watch movies as long as a teen will not bring friends home. Give your teen options and leave behind stressful situations, learn how to decide that will not cause worry, stress and possible problems in the future.

First, ask yourself and your immediate family, as you enjoy the most celebrated holiday?
This question will help you determine what is most important to you about celebrating holidays. It will also help you determine whether it may be stressing with false guilt, “would be” a fear of disappointing others. Take a few minutes to talk with family about what is really important for you and for them. Often times when we stop to ask “the question,” we find what we think it is important that the other is not.
Next start looking at their schedule. Do you actually have time to do everything you want and still maintain your mental health! Start penciling the events on your calendar to help themselves to manage their time effectively. Include things like decorating, cooking, shopping and wrapping gifts.

We all can not be astronauts, professional athletes, coaches dolphins or test pilots – some of us have to work to live. I am not implying that people in these professions is not really work, I suggest that certain jobs may not seem like work. Unfortunately, I do not have one of those jobs and I guess you do not either. For most of us is a daily grind of recurrence of the same repetitive tasks day after day, month after month, year after year, while spending on eight or more hours a day with the heads of arrogant and grumpy co-workers.
However, there is hope for us roar. Change is coming. It may not be today, tomorrow or later this year, but your current situation will change. It’s, it’s the law. Well, maybe not right, but it’s the law. It is known as the ‘universal law of impermanence’, which states that all changes. Some changes are fast and some changes in eons, but in the end everything will change. We could find another job, to gain the support or transfer, or maybe your boss or unfair unpleasant colleague leaves. Finally, the situation changes – it is.

Breath to relieve stress
If you do not feel like meditating or simply do not have the time, you can at least stop for one minute to just breath.
