I took a few herbal diet pills at the university once on a whim, and I eat anything for nearly two days later. I was not really get much sleep either. Still, that you wired like that and kills your appetite so completely just is not good for you.

While they were ‘ephedra free’ and have reportedly been completely natural and safe, I do not think I never felt so dirty and wrong in my life. A year later I found that the FDA had banned the herbal diet pills I took, and I wonder what I put in my body.

Herbal diet pills are very popular these days as an alternative to traditional methods of weight loss such as diet and exercise. Herbal therapy in general are now very trendy to me a little disturbing for several reasons.

First of all, whatever may be the herbal diet pill. ‘Herbs’ is a gap in the FDA system, because they are not classified as drugs and therefore do not have rigorous standards for testing and safety of drugs that normally get.

Make no mistake about, when herbs can be every bit as powerful and harmful as drugs. The difference between medicinal herbs and drugs is really quite vague, like most medicines they come from a kind of plant or herb.

Most of the time with the ‘herb’ classification does not last very long, the FDA finally call it a drug, and scientists. When this happens herbal diet pills are often either only available on prescription, or are totally banned. Snooping around a bit from site to site selling herbal diet pills, it is clear that the creators of these things are too familiar with the FDA.

Many places even use it to their advantage Affairs said that the ‘buy it now before the FDA bans it!’. You need to ask yourself, if the FDA is likely going to prohibit the herbal diet pill you are interested, you should be having regard to all?

Anyway, just Do not be fooled by the word ‘herbal’ in herbal diet pills. I would actually believe a regular diet pill that is FDA approved more than any diet pill herbal potion, which is who knows what in it. Words are the natural herbs and marketing tricks and should never be confused with the word safe, if there were any tests to prove it.
